| Aconitum vilmorinianum Komarov is earthnut of Aconitum vilmorinianum Komarov from Crowfoot plants of the genus aconitum. Aconitum vilmorinianum Komarov is temparate in nature, bitter in taste and poisonous. Its functions are to dispel wind, eliminate dampness, activate blood and relieve pain. Taken orally and used in the windy cold reduces bi, stroke, paralysis, heart pain and injuries. This product is used for proprietary chinese medicine preparations, and after the system as a medicine. Early research has shown that processing yinpian generated a lot of the non alkaloids in composition. The study is not seen in the chemical composition of the system research to processed Aconitum vilmorinianum Komarov. This paper study on Non Alkaloid’s chemical constituents from two sources of different processed Aconitum vilmorinianum Komarov. Fifteen compounds were isolated from the two sources of different processed Aconitum vilmorinianum Komarov slices. Twelve compounds were isolated from the processed Aconitum vilmorinianum Komarov’s slices of Yunnan province pury biotechnology co. LTD. Nine compounds were identified of them. They were named N-hexadecane acid(1), P-Hydroxybenzene propanoic acid(2), glycyrrhizin(3), p-hydroxybenzoic acid(4), 7,4’-dihydroxy flavonoids(5), p-hydroxy phenylpropenoic acid(6), 3-methoxy-4-hydroxy benzoic acid(7), tyrosine(8), ethanoic acid(9). Three compounds were isolated from the processed Aconitum vilmorinianum Komarov’s slices of Yunnan baiyao group co. LTD. They were named glycyrrhizin(10), 6-methoxy dihydrogen coumarin(11), 4-hydroxy-6-(4’-hydroxyl) phenyl coumarin(12). Get a common compound(glycyrrhizin) from the two slices of processed Aconitum vilmorinianum Komarov. Compound 12 is a new compound. On the basis, take the pharmacological research of cellular level in view of the main chemical composition. The results show that compound 3(glycyrrhizin) and compound5(7,4’-dihydroxy flavonoids) have a certain anti-tumor activity. The last, have a summarized about Chemical constituentsã€pharmacological activitiesã€processing methods and accessories of Aconitum vilmorinianum Komarov’s research work. |
