Social Network And Guangxi Elderly Health Researth

Based on the part of the data of "the western economic and social change survey"(CSSC) in Guangxi,this study discussed which factors in the "New-year network", "daily communication network", "food web" social network have a marked impact on the elderly health,and those factors how to affected the health of the elderly.Through study found that, after controlling for age, sex, nationality, residence, income and other variables, the elderly physical condition has nothing to do with social network factors;Someone who got a high value number of New high net top value and catering net value are more likely to have a healthy body and psychology than others, the prevalence rate of chronic disease is relatively low;The friends number of Social network is a important factors for the elderly subjective health,elderly who have a lot of friends may be higher health rate, are more likely to have higher mental health index, have better mental health.This shows that the elderly, who has a higher network status effect and better "social network location" in the social network,had lower risk of developing chronic diseases than the others.This study puts forward reasonable discussions and Suggestions, think that the elderly health needs of old people from individuals, families, communities and society in the social network to give more support, so as to realize the healthy aging of the elderly.
