Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of digital subtraction angiography(DSA) findings in gastrointestinal hemorrhage, and to evaluate the therapeutic value of interventional therapy of gastrointestinal hemorrhage。Methods:DSA findings and the value of interventional therapy of 118 patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively. DSA of celiac, superior mesenteric and inferior mesenteric arterise were performed first according to the angiograms. The patients who were performed interventional therapy were separated into the embolic group and perfusion group. Observe the therapeutic effect with three month follow up. Results: Positive rate of DSA was 74.58%(88/118).In 67 cases of embolization group the efficiency hemostatic rate of 92.53%(62/67),and In 51 cases of perfusion of hemostatic with the efficiency hemostatic rate of 82.35% (42/51).By statistical analysis, the positive group has a significantly higher the efficiency hemostatic rate than negative group in the embolic group or perfusion group. Conclusion:DSA are more valuable methods for the diagnosis of gastrointestinal hemorrage. Interventional embolotherapy and Vasopressin infusion is a safe and effective method to manage gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
