Objective To explore the clinical application of320-row CT upperabdominal one-stop examination in the TACE treatment of hepatocellularcarcinoma(HCC).Methods Totally30patients with HCC underwent upper abdominalperfusion scan with320-row CT before TACE.The whole liver perfusionwas analyzed, and the angiography capability of320-row CT was comparedwith DSA in TACE.Cancer tissues perfusion was compared with thepreoperative’s in postoperative follow up.Radiation doses of320--row CTperfusion scan were also analyzed. Results There were significant differences in HAP,PVP and HAPI ofcancer tissues compared with non-cancerous tissues(P<0.05).Cancernecrosis had no blood perfusion.Active cancer tissues had higher HAP、PVPand lower HAPI than the preoperative’s,while had higher HAP、HAPI andlower PVP than the postoperative non-cancerous tissues’s.Those differenceswere statistically significant. All the30times scans obtained satisfactoryupper abdominal CTA.The comparisons on1-4grade hepatic artery between CTA and DSA had no significant difference(P>0.05),while5and more than5grade comparisons confirmed significant difference(P<0.05).Perfusionscan with lower parameter(100kV,100mA) had lower radiation dose thanthe conventional upper abdomen enhanced scan, while that with higherparameter(100kV,200mA) only had slightly higher radiation dose.Conclusion320-row CT upper abdominal one-stop examination candisplay the whole liver perfusion well, especially the abnormal perfusion ofhepatic carcinoma tissues and the postoperative activity tissues.Angiographycan display the hepatic arteries and nutrient arteries of tumor from threedimensions. It has important guiding significance in preoperativeevaluation、surgery operation and the postoperative follow up of TACE.
