Objective:To investigate the average invasive blood pressure before and after the intra -vascular stenting in the initial section of vertebral artery (VI part) ,reckoning the Trans-stenotic pressure gradient (TSPG) and the pressure ratio, and explore how the operation influence the hemodynamics.Methods:19 patients with serious stenosis in V1 part of the dominate side vertebral artery were included in the study before and after the operation,we sent the micro catheter into the stenosis vertebral artery, and connected the micro catheter with the dis-posable pressotransducer, which was connected to the multi function monitor invasive average blood pressure monitoring module to measure the average blood pressure in front and after the stenosis part, and then reckoning the TSPG and the pressure ratio. Results:The average blood pressure after the stenosis part increased by 10.66 mmHg,which increased 12.90% after operation, that is significant difference (p <0.01),TSPG significantly decreased by 5.64mmHg,which decreased 93.76% after operation, (p<0.01),pressure ratio significantly increased after operation (p<0.01),which increased 0.065,or increased by 6.95%.Conclusion:Intravascular stenting can significantly improved the average invasive blood pressure of the affected side vertebral artery thus to Improve the hemodynamics abnormal.
