Objective:Through the modern experiment research methods to explore angelica scattered flavored peony action mechanism for the treatment of disease of mammary gland hyperplasia, For clinical use by the party and expand the application range of the party a preliminary basis.Methods:Estradiol benzoate and progesterone combined mode method, the 40 female health SD female not pregnant rats, and randomly divided into 40 adult females will not pregnant rats, natural breeding, to adapt to the environment after a week, if no abnormal performance, were randomly divided into 5 groups, model group (1,2), breast, angelica scattered flavored peony group, in addition to the blank control group rats, start to build mould, after the success of the building, drug treatment, respectively. To observe the general condition of rats, the change of nipple diameter and height, observe breast tissue pathological changes and breast tissue ERK signal protein expression.Results:Model group (1,2), Rupixiao group, nipple diameter Dangguishaoyaosan flavored group rats were greater than the height of the control group, P<0.01, statistically significant; Rupixiao group and large group Dangguishaoyaosan flavored Mouse nipple diameter, height less than the model group (1,2), P<0.01, statistically significant; Rupixiao group rats Dangguishaoyaosan flavored nipple diameter, height was not statistically significant, P> 0.05; model group 1 and group 2 rat model nipple diameter, height was not statistically significant, P>0.05.Model group (1,2), Rupixiao group, gene expression in rat ERK Dangguishaoyaosan flavored group was higher than the control group, P<0.01, statistically significant; Rupixiao group and large group Dangguishaoyaosan flavored ERK gene expression in mice were less than model group (1,2), P<0.01, statistically significant; ERK 2 gene expression in rat model group 1 and model group was not statistically significant, P>0.05, Dangguishaoyaosan flavored Gene expression of ERK rats less than Rupixiao group, P<0.01, statistically significant.Model 1 and Model 2 group rat mammary gland hyperplasia undergone significant, indicating that there is no self-healing tendencies model 2; after intragastric drug treatment, drug group was significantly reduced compared with the disease model rats degree of breast tissue proliferation.Conclusion:Angelica scattered flavored peony can reduce the height of the nipple and the diameter of the nipple, reduce the mammary gland tissue ERK expression, at the same time can significantly improve the inhibition degree of hyperplasia of mammary gland. To add flavor peony spread its mechanism may be through intervention of ERK signaling pathway transduction process or strength, influence the transformation of the mammary gland epithelial cells, regulation of mammary gland epithelial cell proliferation, differentiation, which prevent the development of mammary gland hyperplasia of precancerous lesions.
