Research On Drug Laws About Treatment Which Chen Aoshi Take For Dermatology

Doctor Aoshi Chen experienced in sixty years,has a unique traditional Chinese medicine compatibility features in dermatotherapy.It is difficult to sum up its clinical experience in a traditional way,so this study uses the data mining technology to his clinic records in-depth research.Purpose:In order to mine Aoshi Chen’s dermatology drug laws, and sum up his Herbal Prescription experience, inherit their academic thought and spread academic heritage of TCM, train successors.Methods:Collecting Mr. Chen’s complete clinic dermatological medical records 148 cases, a total of 380 prescriptions, build the original database; Standaring the data and then constructing the target database;using frequency statistics, association rules to analyze the drug’s efficacy, nature, odor and drug’s correlation;Mining Mr.Chen’s dermatology drug laws.Results:(1) The study involved a total of 232 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, the most used is comfrey, followed coxtex moutan, cortex dictamni, begonia fimbristipula, dried rehmannia root, peony, fleece-flower root, angelica an so on. (2) The most used are respectively heat-clearing medicine and tonify drugs.In the heat-clearing medicine, Qingreliangxue drugs are to the majority, followed by the heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs;Blood tonics in tonify drugs the most,followed by qi tonic. (3)The drugs in cold nature are the mostly,follwed by the drugs in warm nature,so that qi could move being in harmonious way. (4)The odor focus on bitter, sweet, acrid;the bitterness drugs purging fire and eliminating dampness, collocating sweet drugs to tonic human body and regulating herbal property. (5) The minimum amount of medicine dosage is usually in the conventional dosage range, the maximum amount can range from 1 to 10 times the minimum amount, such as comfrey, digupi, licorice, Atractylodes ovata,zhese drugs’maximum dose is five times than the minimum dose;But in the all,the doses are relatively fixed. (6) Couplet medicines commonly used to treat dermatopathy such as dried rehmannia root and Belvedere Fruit, cicada ecdysis and caltrop, digupi and cortex mori radicis, comfrey and gamene, begonia fimbristipula and viola yedoensis, comfrey and duckweed, gypsum and anemarrhena. (7) The basis of clinical dermatology drugs are cortex mori radicis, cortex dictamni, peony, caltrop, begonia fimbristipula, buffalo horn, dried rehmannia root, comfrey, Digupi, coxlex moutan.Conclusion:(1)Mr Chen is good at using local herbs in Fujian, such as taro lotus stem. (2) Chen applied fleece-flower root relax bowel function to treat blood deficiency of intestinal dry constipation. (3) Mr Chen created the prescription si zi decoctione to treat skin diseases. (4) This is the first study using data mining techniques to summarize clinical experience in treating skin diseases and medication characteristics.
