Objective: The study of the artical was to detect expression of CD151 protein in 60 cases endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue and 42 cases normal endometrial tissue, anlysising the result of expression of CD151 protein in endomerial adenocarcinoma tissue and its difference differention of cancer tissue,difference FIGO stage,and prognosis of patients.Methods: With IHC stain S-P method to examin the expression of result of CD151 protein in 60 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues and 42 cases of normal group Through by in a semi-quantitative manner were evaluated Considered positive ≥2 points. negative <2 points.Using single factor analysis of variance, chi-square analysis The expression of levels of CD151 protein and difference between endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue and normal endometrial tissue and carcinoma clinical-patholocial stage, patholohistolocal grade and patients’ age.Results: The result of IHC stain S-P method showed that the rate of positive expression of CD151 protein was 71.7%(43/60)in 60 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma,35.7%(positive rate) in 42 cases of normal endometrial tissue. the expression of CD151 protein was significantly difference in the two group(P =0.001).The expression of CD151 protein clinical stage in endometrial adenocarcinoma:in stage I of endometrial adenocarcinoma group was39.1%(9/23), stage II was 66.7%(14/21), stage III was 81.3%(13/16),The significant difference of the three groups was showed(P=0.023).the relationship with expression of CD151 protien difference differention of cancer tissues.The expression of CD151 protein was 40.9%(9/22)in G1 group, was 58.8%(10/17) in G2 group, was 81.0%(17/21) G3 group,comparing to the rerult of the three goups,the level of CD151 was significant diferrences(P=0.027).The positive of CD151 protien was 75.0%(39/52)in age≥50 years group,was 62.5%(5/8)in age<50 years group,in endometrial adenocarcinoma was not correlated with age(P=0.429).Conclusion: Through data analysis showed that the expression positive rate of CD151 protein,in endomtrioid endometrial carcinoma comparing to normal group, was significantly upregulated,implying that CD151 protein may be take an effect in the development of the endomtrioid endometrial carcinoma,and it could be a new molecular biomolecular to resarch mechanism and guide to choose treatment schedule of endomtrioid endometrial carcinoma.
