ECG monitoring is an effective means of prevention and diagnosis of heart disease. Traditional medical ECG instrument is only suitable for observation in hospital, not suitable for patients to carry with for long time, so the portable ECG monitor came out. Traditional portable ECG monitor is easily affected by motion artifact and can’t support the remote accessing to ECG data. The thesis aims at the need of portable ECG monitoring system and the lack of traditional system, develops ECG system software which is of high value in engineering application.A kind of ECG monitoring system software is developed combined with accelerometer and mobile internet technology. The software is based on front-end ECG acquisition hardware module which contains which uses ADS1298 as ECG conditioning module, DSP as the core processor, three-axis accelerometer to assess the exercise intensity. The software contains the configuration process of ECG acquisition of ADS1298, the processing business logic of DSP, and the communication protocol between Bluetooth module and Android smartphones are introduced in this thesis in detail.The software have the function of processing the common noise of ECG by digital filtering, detecting R wave of QRS complex by using an adaptive threshold method, preliminary automatic analysis and diagnosis for the different test results. With the help of the triaxial accelerometer, the system can assess the exercise intensity and filter the signals generated while doing strenuous sports.The Android application is developed which is responsible for receiving ECG data transferred by Bluetooth and making real-time display. Besides; the application has a remote alarm function when abnormal ECG data appear, the mobile can automatically send messages to inform a relative or doctor. A remote management platform is developed for remote real-time ECG data query by using the interface of wechat public platform, which help enhance the remote data access capabilities of the monitoring system.The final test result shows that the detection rate of QRS can reach 98.2%., and the accuracy is over 80% when in motion which indicates the system can avoid Pseudo wave under moving. Also, results show that the system can access remote ECG data which meets the design requirements.
