Motion intensity on the physiological state of the human body has a great impact. High-intensity motion may be induced by certain diseases seizures. Patients with coronary heart disease because the motion intensity is too large to produce cardiac insufficiency lead to abnormal heart function and is reflected in the electrocardiogram. Acceleration sensor embedded in the portable dynamic electrocardiogram, can effective and easily measuring the human real-time motion intensity. Physician can obtain more comprehensive data to analyze the user’s heart function. It has a certain significance to early screening for coronary heart disease or a sports medicine research.Developed a Holter for simultaneous detection of human real-time motion intensity. It use STM32F103VET6microprocessor as core. It has detection circuit detection heart electrical signal, while using a triaxial accelerometer to capture human waist acceleration. Real-time acquisition, processing and storage signals, can provide real-time waveform display and inquiry.The main work of this paper is around the hardware and a software design of Holter detection and human motion detection system. The article describes in detail the theoretical basis of Holter and detection of human motion intensity, and then discusses the design and implementation of hardware and software. Finally, the prototype test, the validity of the instrument is verified, that the program is reasonably practicable and reliable design. The results showed that:not only can quickly use the program developed by ARM-based dynamic ECG monitor the electrocardiogram, but also to the simultaneous detection of human real-time exercise intensity, effective and reliable detection. The equipment is small, low power consumption, simple operation, easy to popularize, for personal portable use science movement, as well as a comprehensive analysis of the heart function of some reference value.
