Study Of Rehabilitation Evaluation Of Curative Effect On Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation With Mongolian Warm Acupuncture

Objective: Clinical observation of the patients with lumbar disc herniation after effect of Mongolian warm acupuncture treatment, were compared through clinical observation to the Mongolian warm acupuncture and acupuncture for treatment of lumbar disc herniation efficacy, explore the Mongolian warm acupuncture therapy in terms of the mechanism of action of LDH.Method: The object of this study for the treatment were Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for the Nationalities in 2013 April to 2014 April meet the diagnose criteria of the patients with lumbar disc herniation, selected a total of 80 patients. Were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group, each of the 40 cases of patients. The treatment group used Mongolian warm acupuncture treatment, the control group used traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment, each treatment for 2 weeks, after 2 courses of treatment, two groups were observed in patients with clinical symptoms and signs, symptoms of pain index score total score of JOA, VAS, blood rheology changes before and after treatment, and comparison of the comprehensive effect of the two groups.Results:(1) Mongolian warm acupuncture treatment group and acupuncture control group after two courses treatment after than before treatment JOA score are higher, there was significant difference in Mongolian medicine treatment group(P<0. 01), traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05) were compared between the two groups, the treatment group of JOA increased more significantly, relatively significant difference between groups(P<0. 05).(2) after two courses of treatment after the treatment group and the control group there were decreased in the VAS score, VAS score and two groups of patients before there are very significant difference(P<0. 01), found that two of the comparison group were, VAS score of treatment group reduced more significantly, the two groups have significant significant differences(P<0. 05).(3)After treatment, the cure of Mongolian warm acupuncture treatment group the rate is higher than the cure rate in Chinese medicine acupuncture control group, the treatment group cure rate two times as much as the control group, and the total effective rate in treatment groupwas higher than that of control group in the total efficiency.Conclusion:(1) Mongolian warm acupuncture and Chinese medicine acupuncture has good therapeutic effects on LDH, but the Mongolian warm acupuncture therapy group on the patient’s symptoms and the effect is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and the control group of life.(2) in treatment group than in control group, the analgesic effect.(3) The comprehensive curative effect of Mongolian warm acupuncture cure rate of total effective rate was superiorto control group.
