The cancer has become one of the common diseases in China. The patient can not be avoided of death. Cancer patients not only have to bear the pain caused by the cancer itself, but also bear the additional symbolic significance on cancer brought torture. Medical research is more that of cancer causes and find the best way to treat and prolong the lives of patients. The focus on social work humanistic care, are more concerned with how the patient at the end of life, to live out the meaning and value, not with regret the death.Hospice programs choose the cancer patients whose life course less than 3 months and whose family is poor,and provide them analgesic therapy, psychological counseling and other services. For many patients with advanced cancer,they not only unbearable physical pain, but also unbearable the Mental anguish.How to make them getting comfortable care in the last paragraph of life is the main purpose of Hospice project.Narrative therapy was first found MSWs dying traditional services and the creation of a lack of humane care, it is through dialogue, use outside of the way, so that the main case and sort out the problem, emphasizing the person is not a problem, the concept of the problem is the problem itself, with the object the way to solve the case of the main problems.From the point of view of narrative therapy intervention to case work as a research approach to patient Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University for hospice clients, combing through the relevant literature, field studies conducted unstructured interviews in two ways, collection services data objects, problem analysis service object, so that clients re-examine the life and find the story neglected branch, deconstruction and repeat events of life, improve quality of life, safety, however meaningful to finish their life course.
