Objective:Through clinical researches, to observe the correlation of serum 5-HT of perimenopausal nonorganic insomnia patients with liver depression syndrome and self-evaluation scale scores of anxiety and depression; to compare the differences of serum 5-HT level, SDS and SAS scores of perimenopausal nonorganic insomnia physical exam group with and without liver depression syndrome and perimenopausal physical exam group without nonorganic insomnia so as to provide thought for the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of perimenopausal nonorganic insomnia.Methods:102 cases of perimenopausal nonorganic insomnia patients with liver depression syndrome and 80 cases of perimenopausal nonorganic insomnia patients without liver depression syndrome are selected from inpatient and outpatient patients, medical examiners and nurses aged 40-55 in traditional Chinese Medicine Department of provincial hospital according to the inclusion criteria; the serum 5-HT and self-anxiety scale (SDS) scores and self-depression scale (SAS) scores and are measured; through statistical methods, the correlation of 5-HT and anxiety and SDS scores of each group as well as the differences of serum in 5-HT, SDS and SAS scores of each group are analyzed;Results:1.5-HT level of perimenopausal nonorganic insomnia patients with liver depression syndrome group is negatively correlated with SDS scores (P<0.05, the correlation coefficient is -0.2578); 5-HT level is not correlated with SAS scores (P>0.05); SDS and SAS scores have significant positive correlation (P<0.05, the correlation coefficient is 0.6595).2.5-HT level of perimenopausal nonorganic insomnia physical exam group without liver depression syndrome group is negatively correlated with SDS scores (P<0.05, the correlation coefficient is -0.3396); 5-HT level has no significant correlation with SAS scores (P>0.05); SDS and SAS scores have significant positive correlation (P<0.05, the correlation coefficient is 0.6259).3.5-HT level of perimenopausal physical exam group without nonorganic insomnia has no significant correlation with SDS scores (P>0.05); 5- HT level has no significant correlation with SAS scores (P>0.05); SDS and SAS scores have significant positive correlation (P<0.05, the correlation coefficient is 0.5034).4.5-HT level of perimenopausal nonorganic insomnia group with liver depression syndrome decreases more significantly than that of perimenopausal nonorganic insomnia group without liver depression syndrome and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05); SDA scores increase significantly and the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05); SAS scores increase significantly and the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05).5.5-HT level of perimenopausal nonorganic insomnia group with liver depression syndrome decreases more significantly than perimenopausal group without nonorganic insomnia and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05); SDA scores increase significantly and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05); SAS scores increase significantly and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).6.5-HT level of perimenopausal nonorganic insomnia group with and without liver depression syndrome decreases more significantly than the physical exam group without nonorganic insomnia and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05); SDS scores increase significantly and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05); SAS scores increase significantly and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:1.serum 5-HT level of perimenopausal nonorganic insomnia group with liver depression syndrome has negative correlation with depression and has no correlation with anxiety.2. as for perimenopausal women, whether they have nonorganic insomnia, or liver depression, their anxiety severity also increases with the severity of depression.3. serum 5-HT level of perimenopausal women with liver depression is much lower than in those with liver depression and the former have more serious depression and anxiety; serum 5-HT level of perimenopausal women with nonorganic insomnia is much lower than in those without than nonorganic insomnia and the former have more serious depression and anxiety.4.serum 5-HT level of perimenopausal women with nonorganic insomnia can more reflect the severity of depression that those without nonorganic insomnia.5.serum 5-HT level of perimenopausal women with nonorganic insomnia can more reflect the severity of depression than anxiety.
