Clinical Application Of LSM And Copy Of HBV DNA In The Diagnosis Of Fibrosis In HBeAg Negative B Patients

Objective:To explore the efficacy of serum HBV DNA and LSM for prediction of the fibrotic levels of liver tissues in HbeAg negative chronic hepatitis B.Methods:175cases of HbeAg negative chronic hepatitis B were enrolled in the study.they were taken the liver biosy,and were examined the HBV-DNA and the LSM.Pathological staging SO-S1,S2,S3,S4 were defined A、B、C、Dgroup.Result:In 175 cases of HbeAg negative chronic hepatitis B,71cases were SO～S1,94 ≥S2,the differences of HBV DNA load in A and B,Aand C, Aand D had statistical significance (P<0.05). The differences of LSM between any two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). The area under ROCcurves of LSM and serum HBV-DNA for diagnosis of fibrosis were 0.8 (95%CI:0.642～0.874) and 0.7 (95%CI:0.632～0.769) respectively.Conclusion:LSM and HBV DNA has predictive significance for fibrosis of liver tissues in patients, with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B.
