Objectives: The aim is to investigate the physical and mental health status among patients with hemodialysis-induced in the First Affiliated Hos pital of Zhengzhou University. To a hemodialysis-induced health education path table and find out the influencing factor of the s physical and mental health. To observe the intervention effect of health education clinical path measure in hemodialysis patients. Methods: To develo pa hemodialysis-induced health education path table by the basic situation of 119 cases studied, the combination of document analysis, and consulting ex perts. To grou pby tail number of No. dialysis in the study 92 cases. The ex perimental and control grou ps constituted of 46 patients who were given health education clinical path and 46 patients who were given routines only, se parately. To evaluate the patient at begins dialysis, 1 month after the start of dialysis, 3 months after the start of dialysis. Data was analyzed by SpSS 19.0. Results: The satisfaction to nursing and health knowledge level of patients among both grou ps im proved cons picuously over the previous(p<0.05), the degree of im provement in the ex perimental grou pwas cons picuously higher than the control grou P(p<0.01); The levels of biochemical indicators, the score of anxiety- de pression,the relevant indicators of treatment com pliance, im provement of the ex perimental grou pwere cons picuously im proved com pared with the control grou P(p<0.05). Conclusions: Health education clinical path is proved to im prove the satisfaction to nursing and health knowledge level and, raise the levels of Scr, Ccr, Hb, ALB and the score of anxiety – de pression, ameliorate the relevant indicators of quality of life.
