| Objective: Investigating improvement of acne vulgaris patients in skin lesions andsynthesized symptoms of TCM,treatment effects of Hui medicine group A ya la zhi fa yi ha lacapsules were evaluated.Materials and Methods:The dermatology clinic60cases of the Lung and Stomach YunHeat Type of acne vulgaris from TCM Research Hospital in Ningxia Province,during April-December of2013. Inclusion of cases were randomly divided into two groups: A ya la zhi fayi ha la capsules group and comparison group,30cases in A ya la zhi fa yi ha la capsulesgroup,and30cases in Minocycline hydrochloride capsules group. A ya la zhi fa yi ha lacapsules treatment group was received once1g, three times a day,oral;and the comparisongroup was given the Minocycline hydrochloride capsules once50mg,two times aday,oral,after meal. Four weeks was a course of treatment. Skin type, skin lesionscharacteristic,TCM main syndromes,clinical stage, total score were observed and summaried before and after treatment, observingthe adverse reactions at the same time.Results:1. The shortest duration of acne patients was0.5years,the longest was10years.Thestudy showed that the skin of many acne patients was greasy(20cases,33.3%of the all)andmixed(39cases,65%of the all),a total of98.3%of all patient cases.The places of skin lesions were forehead(45cases,75.0%of the all),jowl(56cases,93.3%of the all),mandibular(23cases,38.3%of the all),around the mouth(16cases,26.7%of the All),ear(6cases,10.0%of the all),chest(5cases,8.3%of the all),back(8cases,13.3%of the all);Acne lesions mainly were in comedones(58cases,96.7%of the all), papules (59cases, accounting for98.3%of the all), pustules(42cases,70%of the all) based,most patients have comedones,and papules and pustules at thesame time.2.Baseline data of the two groups were at the same level,our clinieal observation that,thecure rate and total efficient of treatment group were36.67%and90.0%;and the control group,the cure rate and total effeetive rate were13.33%and66.67%.The efficient rate of treatmentgroup>The efficient rate of control group,which indicated significant difference betweenefficiency of two ways of treatment(P<0.05).3.All types of clinical classification,s efficient in treatment group were better than thecontrol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The treatment group on theⅠ level total effective rate was80.00%,Ⅱgrade acne of thetotal effective rate was100%,Ⅲgrade acne of the total effective rate was71.43%,all grades ofthe total effective rate after treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.The reducing rate of treatment group, including the skin lesions subsided rate,thelesions number reducing rate,the lesions color reducing rate,the lesions swelling and painsituation reducing rate,dry and bitterness of mouth reducing rate,piss reducing rate,is higherthan the control group,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group inimproving the skin lesions nature aspects (P<0.05).6.The skin oil yield and constipation reducing rate of treatment group and the controlgroup were not statistically significant(P>0.05).7.There are also adverse reactions in both groups,the difference of security was notstatistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion: A ya la zhi fa yi ha la capsule of Medicine Hui,which has a safe and significant effect on Lung and Stomach Yun Heat Type of acne patients, significantlyimproves the patient’s skin lesions nature and clinical syndromes, and is worthy of conductingin-depth research and clinical application. |
