Cancer is a threat to human survival and health as well as one of the main causesof death with its rapid spread and development. The incidence and mortality of cancerin China show a higher trend annually. Surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapytreatments advance constantly in western medical treatments. At the same time, traditional Chinese medicine compound also has obvious advantages in cancertreatment for its characteristics of adverse reaction reduction and survival qualityimprovement. This paper performed drug compatibility revolving around the core drug C whichwas studied in our preliminary work. Based on a large mumber of literatures fromabroad and home, the use of software applications, as well as solid tumor model inmice for in vivo experiments, we have selected PC and SPC formula one after another. The preparation process of SPC formula was optimized. At the same time, this papercontinued to discuss the anticancer effect of SPC formula after combination withchemotherapeutic agents cyclophosphamide and carboplatin. In terms of animals’ lifequality evaluation, compared with chemotherapy group, SPC formula group couldsignificantly increase the weight, drink&food intake and serum protein amounts ofmice in the middle and later periods of administration, illustrating significantimprovement of tumor-bearing mice life quality. The results above reflected goodsynergistic and attenuation effect of SPC formula.Diabetes is a kind of metabolic disorder syndrome with main character of highblood glucose. Traditional Chinese medicine ingredients in current health-care foodwith hypoglycemic effect have good auxiliary hypoglycemic function forcomplications reduction and immunity enhancement. In this paper, we established type II diabetes rat model induced by streptozocinaccording to the requirement of auxiliary hypoglycemic function evaluation method. This paper performed experiments revolving around four candidate prescriptions withthe core drug A compatibility. We compared the results of fasting blood glucose test, oral glucose tolerance test, serum total cholesterol and total triglycerides of rats afterdrug administration. The prescription of A medicine with four drugs P1, P2, M, Ecompatibility was determined as the optimal combination. We made clear its goodhypoglycemic effects and laid a foundation for subsequent research.
