Objectives Hypertrophic scar of burn-induced is a kind of sequelae after burn, Seriousscar not only exert severe impact on appearance and function, but also caused greattrauma to patients with psychological, such as daily life, social communication andrestoration work. With improving continuously the burn treatment, especially of large areadeep burn patients survival rate increased significantly. However, the burn rehabilitation inchina is still juvenile stage.including the prevention and treatment of scar hyperplasia, psychological and social rehabilitation. To further promote the development of burn, moreemphasis may be to inhibit hyperplasia scar or decrea disfigurement, and to establish andimprove comprehensive rehabilitation system including the psychological and socialrehabilitation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the method of joint interventionin patients with burn hyperplasia scar, the influence of stress coping styles andcomprehensive health level, provide the basis for burn patients with comprehensiverehabilitation of body and psychological. Methods Several sets of experiments have been performed to test the validity of thestudy.First, choose to2013.1~2014.1in tangshan worker hospital affiliated to hebeiunited university burn plastic subject of hospitalized patients, to meet the criteria for the90cases of patients, with random number method is divided into three groups: pressureintervention group, laser intervention groupcombination intervention group, were treatedfor6months.The second, the patients were to treatment with three method.Pressureintervention groups: pure pressure was given to wear clothes made for patients withpressure, time>23h/d. Laser intervention group:560nm to1200nm intense pulsed lightirradiation treatment for scar parts,1times a week. According to the treated areadetermine the treatment time. Combination intervention group: wearing clothing pressurewhile laser treatment once a week, methods with laser group; at the same time thepressure intervention group and laser intervention group were given routine nursing care, combination intervention group on the basis of conventional nursing to enhance self-efficacy of nursing interventi,a total of6months intervention. Respectively before theintervention, the intervention of three groups were treated after six months by VSS、BSHS-A、GSES、MCMQ effect assessment.Results1Scar thickness of three groups of patients before and after the intervention, the degree of pigmentation, self-efficacy, medical coping styles, comprehensive healthlevel difference had statistical significance (p<0.05).2Comparison between the threegroup after the intervention effect, pressure and joint intervention group scar thicknesschange is better than that of the laser group, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).3Laser group and the combined intervention group pigmentation and blood ca-pillary hyperplasia intervention is better than a pressure group, compare the differencewas statistically significant (p<0.05).4Joint intervention group patients self-efficacy ishigher than the pressure group and laser group, the difference was statistically signifi-cant (p<0.05).5Joint intervention group patients approach transformation is higher thanthe pressure group and laser group, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).6Joint intervention group of patients with comprehensive health level higher than thepressure group and laser group, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).Conclusions1Pressure intervention can reduce the thickness of the hyperplasia scar;2Laser intervention can reduce the scar pigmentation and blood capillary hyperplasia;3Joint intervention can not only reduce the thickness of the scar hyperplasia, capillaryhyperplasia and pigmentation, but also changes in patients with stress events coping styleand comprehensive health level, promote the comprehensive rehabilitation of patientswith body and psychological.
