Objective Through the detection of the mobility of urethrovesical junction in latepregnancy and postpartum, to study the relationship between the mobility ofurethrovesical junction in pregnancy and stress urinary incontinence, analysis using theROC curve, evaluation of the value of the mobility of urethrovesical junction in latepregnancy on maternal stress urinary incontinence and to determine the appropriate cut-off point, clear the doubtable.Methods120primigravidas in maternal and Child Health Hospital of Tangshan City(from December2012to March2014) were chosen, according to with or withoutincontinence symptoms were divided into two groups,52SUI patients and68non-SUIpatients, conducted the International Consultation on Incontinence Questionaire ShortForm (ICI-Q-SF) and the UVJ-M of studied patients was measured by sonographic at34gestafional weeks,36gestational weeks,38gestational weeks and42days after delivery, respectively, the ultrasonic inspection results were used to draw the ROC curve, and thecut-off point was detected by ROC.Results1General data:120people included in the present study (52SUI patients and68non-SUI patients), the mean age was26.21±2.71y, height,1.58±4.84m and BIM,30.72±3.51.The difference of the mean age, height and BIM was not significant betweenthe two groups.2The incidence of SUI and the variations of UVJ-M during latepregnancy (1) the incidence of SUI in late pregnancy and postpartum: the SUI incidenceat34gestational weeks,36gestational weeks,38gestational weeks and42dsys afterdelivery Was7.3%,22.5%,43.3%,5.8%, the incidence rate of two two,34weeks ofpregnancy and at36weeks. The difference is significant between34gestational weeksand36gestational weeks,36gestational weeks and38gestational weeks,34gestationalweeks and38gestational weeks,34gestational weeks and42days after deliveryrespectively (P<0.05).(2) the variations of UVJ-M during late pregnancy andpostpartum: The UVJ-M at34gestational weeks,36gestational weeks,38gestationalweeks and42days after delivery was3.26mm±1.62m,4.67mm±1.47mm,6.65mm±1.12mm,2.64mm±0.97mm respectively, gradually increased UVJ-M wasobserved along with the increase of gestational weeks, The difference is significant between34gestational weeks and36gestational weeks,36gestational weeks and38gestational weeks,34gestational weeks and38gestational weeks,34gestational weeksand42days after delivery respectively (P<0.05).3Analysis of ROC curve of SUI andUVJ-M in late pregnancy.4Analysis of ROC curve of postpartum SUI and UVJ-M.Conclusions1The incidence of SUI in late pregnancy rate increased with thegestational week. It prompted that the incidence of SUI was closely related with uracratiain late pregnancy.2UVJ-M late in pregnancy was increasing as time goes on. It indicatethat gestational week and the growth of the fetus in late pregnancy affected the functionof pelvic floor function.3The meaningful of point of contact in SUI UVJ-M was6.59mm and it was8.66mm in postpartum SUI late in pregnancy.
