Objective do study the effect of the special dietary replacement add the insulin intensivetherapy on the new diagnostic Type2diabetic.Methods As the research object of60type2diabetic patient which accord with the worldhealth organization (WHO) diabetes diagnosis and classification in1999of NingXia medicaluniversity institute in2012-2013.All the patients were diagnosised type2diabetesmellitus inphysical examination or appear3high and1low symptom.Take30normal people as normalcontrol.After intervening3months, monitoring the changing situation of blood sugar andglycosylated hemoglobin and HOMA-βand HOMA-IR and BMI and Blood lipid metabolicindices and SOD MDA and AGEs closely.ResultsAfter curing3months,the fasting blood-glucose、postprandial blood sugar and the glycatedhemoglobin levels of regular diet groups are sharply increasing(P<0.05). Cholesterol level isshaply decresing(p<0,05). Triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol are downtrend.gh-density lipoprotein is uptrend.But both of them have no statistical differences. HOMA-IRis decresing(p<0.05). HOMA-βis uptrend,but have no statistical differences.SOD is shaplyincresing.MDA level is shaply decresing. SOD/MDA level incresing.AGEs level is sharplydecresing. There is significant difference.(p<0.05)ConclusionThe special dietary replacement unite insulin intensification therapy is better than Insulinintensive therapy alone in the field of improving metabolism of sugar and lipid and oxidativestress status. It is good for controlling blood glucose and improving patients’ living quality.
