Select Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy After Surgical Time Of Cervical Cancer

Objective To study the interventional treatment of cervical cancer patientsunderwent surgical treatment appropriate time.Methods Retrospective study104patients with cervical cancer whoreceived the arterial chemoembolization in department of Gynecology theAffilicated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University and the Subsidiary Hospital ofNingxia Medical University of cardiovascular disease from January2009toOctober2013， to observe the therapeutic effect of the arterial chemoembolizationand to select the time of surgical treatment after intervention.Results1.Have successfully completed98cases of arterialchemoembolization, the arterial chemoembolization in patients with vaginalbleeding, abnormal vaginal discharge were significantly improved, clinicalsymptom remission rate was100%.2. After interventional therapy104patients through type-B ultrasonic tomeasure the changing of tumor volume, results show that after interventionaltherapy tumor volume was significantly reduced, the total effective rate ofinterventional therapy was73.08%; comparison of different time interval group,the efficacy rate of group>14≤21d(78.18%) was higher thangroup>10≤14d(67.35%).3. After interventional therapy comes operation treatment, hysterectomy andpelvic lymphadenectomy was operated on87patients.operation rate was83.65%, the operation rate of group>10≤14d was77.55%(38/49), group>14≤21d was89.09%(49/55);there was no statistics significance on the average operation timeof different time intervals cases and the difference of hemorrhagic in operation(P>0.05).4. Patients with the complication rate after operation on different operationtime interval set, there was no statistics significance (P>0.05).Conclusions1. it has significant effects for cervical carcinoma patients torelieve the clinical symptoms, reduce gross tumor volume and after interventionaltherapy the operation resection rate hasremarkably improve,it create theopportunity of operation for the patients with advanced cervical cancer.2.After comprehensive analysis the interventional therapy,it can make effortto reduce the gross tumor volume and improve the operation resection rate for cervical cancer patients. Suggesting that after interventional therapy to have operation treatment about14-21days, the effect is more obvious.
