Observing The Clinical Results Of Rhinoplasty Corrected By Nasal Molding In Unilateral Complete Cleft Lip

Objective: Observing the clinical results of hinoplasty corrected by nasal molding inunilateral complete cleft lip patients.Method: there are60patients with unilateral complete cleft lip from March2013toOctober2013, all patients with unilateral complete are repaired with the MillardⅡ procedureand to be done rhinoplasty at the same time,they are dived into experimental and controlgroups in the basis of one-stage hinoplasty with nasal molding,Two groups have30cases each,the patients`s data of Nasal deformity are measured with electronic caliper after patientshave had lip surgery repair for one week,and then the experimental groups do rhinoplasty withnasal molding,and the control groups do nothing, all patients are measured after6months, andwere used for statistics analysis with SPSS software package.Result: the width and height of nostril became narrow and get higher,flat arched noseuplift，The nasal vestibular appearance were obviously improved,There was statisticallysignificant difference in width of nostri and height of nostri were found. There was significantdifference in width of nostril and height of. nostrilConclusion: the clinical results of hinoplasty corrected by nasal molding after sameperiod nose plastic surgery in unilateral complete cleft lipis is very certain. It also create conditionsfor next restoration.
