Objective: By building the simulation of the cardiovascular hemodynamics test device,observing the congruent relationship beteew the parametric variation of the pump and thesimulative systemic circulation flow,as well as the main pulmonary artery pressure,ThenEvaluate the practical performance of the double ventricular blood pump.discussingimplementation of BVB of Self-lung oxygenation, provides the basis for animalexperiments and clinical research.Methods:Construct the test equipment of simulated experiment for the systemic andpulmonary circulation, using a new designed multipurpose double ventricular assistedcirculation pump, making use of composite solution to simulate the blood viscosity ascirculatory mediator, Under the condition of various function parameters changing of theboth blood pump chamber,records the congruent relationship beteew the parametricvariation of the pump and the simulative systemic circulation flow,as well as the mainpulmonary artery pressure, then Analysis of experimental data, comparing with theperson’s physiological function of the cardiovascular circulation system parameters.Results:The pump chamber volume of70ml, experimental conditions to certain cases,the test results as follows: double ventricular blood pump in reaches the preset output flowof5L/min, The average output of both pump value difference is lesser. No statisticallysignificant difference (P=0.739).Under the condition of other factors fixed, along with therising of the systemic and pulmonary circulation preload, The pump output increasesaccordingly, the blood pump can produce5.8L/min flow; Subjects of blood pump canovercome the outlet pressure of200mmHg guarantee output flow at about5L/min; Incircular flow reaches5L/min can produce systemic circulation35mmHg pulse pressure,Results showed that the subject blood pump output performance characteristics andphysiological characteristics be close to human cardiovascular circulation system.Conclusion: The pump can provide physical characteristics accord with human body blood dynamics simulation cardiac output, suitable for implementation of biventricularbypass of Self-lung oxygenation pattern request...
