Changes And Diagnostic Value Of Serum Cystatin C And Urine Albumin Levels In Children With Henoch-Schonlein Purpura

Objective:Through determination of Cystatin C(Scys-c)、urine albumin (mAlb) blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum creatinine (Scr), to vestigate the level changes and diagnostic value of these indicator in Children with allergic purpura (HSP)andanaphylactic purpura nephritis (HSPN).Methods:The cases of HSP were collected from2010January to2012December in Xinjiang Medical University Affiliated Hospital of Pediatrics, in Which134HSP cases,53cases of HSPN,53control cases. Immune turbidimetric method was used to test the Scys-c、mAlb, While detecting theBUN, Scr, after concluding the data, in53cases in children with HSPN, comparison of the differences between groups of data index, Comparision Scys-c, mAlb index positive detection rate, Scys-c and mAlb,BUN, Scr correlation analysis.Collect99cases of children with HSPN nearly5years,in order to observe the relationship between clinical manifestation with pathological grading and Scys-c, mAlb relationship with pathologic grading.Results:HSP and HSPN groups Scys-c、mAlb level was significantly higher than the control group, compared with the control group the differences were significant (P<0.05). The level of HSPN group Scys-c、mAlb was significantly higher than HSP group (P<0.05). The BUN, Scr compare with3group have no significant difference (P>0.05). Scys-c positive detection rate is higher than mAlb、BUN、Scr.While Scys-c, mAlb joint monitoring positive detection rate is higher than that of single index. Scys-c and mAlb, BUN, Scr have a positive correlation. The clinical manifestation and pathological grading is not completely parallel in the Children with HSPN. As the degree of renal damage is aggravating,Scys-c, mAlb has gradually increased.Conclusion:Compared with BUN And Scr, Scys-c、mAlb is better indicating the early kidney damaged in HSP,HSPN. HSPN children with clinical manifestations mainly hematuria proteinuria,andfollowed by nephrotic syndrome type. Renal biopsy and pathological grading is more Ⅱ and Ⅲ type is second. The clinical manifestations and pathological grading is not completely parallel. With the pathology classification aggravating, Scys-c, mAlb have increased gradually. the level of Scys-c、 mAlb detection can be used as a reliableindicator to evaluate the HSP renal damaged.
