Objective:The research group in accordance with the class5new traditional Chinese medicine requirements,tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan capsules were prepared,the project in accordance with the provisions of Chinese medicine five categories of drugs,the pharmacodynamic and toxicological study of tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan capsule Methods:1. The main effect of tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan capsule studies.The establishment of the model control group,tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan capsules (4,2,1g·kg-1) group,positive drug group.Using ammonia induced cough in mice and evaluate Tracheal phenol red excretion of tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan capsules antitussive and expectorant function, to observe the frequency of cough and phenol red excretion;using2%acetylcholine chloride and0.1%histamine phosphate and volume of mixing liquid induced rat asthma,observe the asthma incubation period of tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan Capsule on rats with mice.2. The general effects of tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan capsule studies,anti-inflammatory effect foot swelling method in evaluation of tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan capsule;regulation by measuring the carbon clearance and hemolytic immune evaluation of tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan capsules in mice. The influence of testing for the evaluation of norm baric hypoxia survival time of tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan Capsule on mice survival time in hypoxia; cold resistant effect at-20℃and56℃heat the survival time of mice in evaluation of tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan Capsule on mice, the effect on the swimming ability of mice.3. Study on acute toxicity of3Sorbus tianschanica Pingchuan capsule in mice after intragastric administration, tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan capsules, continuous observation for14days, observe the general condition of animal subjects,feeding,drinking,body weight,urine and external reaction conditions,record the toxic response time,symptoms,duration and death,the maximum tolerance dose.4. Long term toxicity study of4tianschanica Pingchuan capsule,adult daily dose, dose long term toxicity test animal experiment design for high school low (4,2,1g·kg-1) and1to a control group.Continuous intragastric administration for12weeks and2weeks of withdrawal recovery, general observation, comparison of weight, to detect the blood biochemical index, comparative examination, pathology of organs and organ coefficient.Results:1. The main effect of1tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan capsule research, tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan capsule can significantly prolong the cough incubation period,decrease the frequency of cough;promote mouse tracheal phenol red excretion;caused by histamine phosphate in asthmatic rats has a protective effect,so that the rat asthma latent period was prolonged; cause to egg proteins asthma,can obviously reduce the BALF eosinophils, and can cause the rat asthma latency prolonged.2. The general effects of2tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan capsule research,and significantly inhibited the toes swelling degree (P<0.01).In addition,tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan capsule can significantly improve the mice carbon clearance index(P<0.05) and the level of serum hemolytic(P<0.01). Significantly prolong the hypoxia, anti fatigue,heat and cold,survival time.3. Tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan capsule toxicity study after the administration of a week without dead mice,mice were sacrificed and dissected organs,heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney and other naked eye observation, there were no abnormal change,Tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan capsules by LD50>5g·kg-1.4. Long term toxicity study, tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan capsule:no animal died during the experiment, throughout the dosing period and recovery period animal weight has been growing, the drug group and saline group there were no differences in statistics, it is speculated that influence of tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan Capsule on body weight and no in rats. Organ coefficient showed no obvious change, to differences in drug group and the saline group was statistically. Hematologic and biochemical indicators are no exception. Examination showed that the treatment group and control group, pathological, organizations are normal, no abnormal conditions occur.Conclusion:The study indicated that1. tianshanhuaqiu Pingchuan capsules antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic, having,anti-inflammatory, immune,heat resistance,cold resistance,anti fatigue and other pharmacological effects, reflecting the medicine has its clinical indications consistent effect.2. Long term oral change the growth of animal weight,blood and major organs and morphological aspects will not affect,no obvious toxic side effect,high security.
