Objective:To study the expression of c-Met, CD44v5, RECK in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue and distant normal tissues, in order to provide clinical guidance for diagnosis, differential diagnosis and prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods:Using immunohistochemical (S-P) method to detect the expression of c-Met, CD44v5and RECK in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and the corresponding normal tissues respectively. Rusults:1.The expression of c-met:The positive expression rate of c-met in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue and Co-expression of positive33cases, co-expression of negative4cases, there were statistical significance between them (P<0.05). There were statistical significance of the expression of c-met in differences in the different depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging (P<0.05). and there were not statistical significance of the expression of c-met in different gender, age, degree of differentiation(P>0.05)2. The expression of CD44v5:The positive expression rate of CD44v5in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue and Co-expression of positive20cases, co-expression of negative10cases, there were statistical significance between them (P<0.05). There were statistical significance of the expression of CD44v5in lymph node metastasis and TNM staging (P<0.05). and there were not statistical significance in the expression of CD44v5in gender, age, degree of differentiation and invasion depth(P>0.05).3. The expression of RECK:The positive expression rate of RECK in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue and Co-expression of positive26cases, co-expression of negative4cases, there were statistical significance between them (P<0.05). There were statistical significance of the expression of RECK in the different depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging (P<0.05). and there were not statistical significance in the expression of CD44v5in gender, age, degree of differentiation.(P>0.05).4.The expression CD44v5,c-Met, RECK in different nationalities.There was no significant difference in c-Met, CD44v5, RECK expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue and distant normal distant normal tissues In Kazak (50cases) and Han (50cases)(P>0.05).5.The relationship between the expression of c-Met, CD44v5and RECK in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues, There was no different between them(P>0.05). Conclusion:1.The expression of c-Met, CD44v5and RECK in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues had no differences in Xinjiang Kazakh and Han nationalities.2.The high expression of c-Met in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is correlated with the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis. |
