Objective:To analyze drug-resistance of tuberculosis from the southern regions of xinjiang,and draw DNA fingerprintings by DiversiLab System,determine the ho-mology of mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates.Methods:Collecting sputum samples from all initial treat and retreat TB case patients with sputum specimens in souther-n xinjiang area (mainly Kashgar region) from Dec.2011to Dec.2012.Using the m-odified acid roche medium for separation of mycobacterium tuberculosis culture,PN B and TCH to preliminary identification of the species,Ratio method is used to det-ect resistant isolates,draw mycobacterium tuberculosis strain DNA fingerprint with DiversiLab System DNA fingerprint classification System (DiversiLab System) and analysis the homology.Results:1.A total of371mycobacterium tuberculosis strains were isolated,314were mycobacterium tuberculosis,55were Mycobacterium Bovis,an-d2were non-tuberculosis mycobacteria;2.There were119(32.07%) resistant strains, there are44(30.34%)resistant strans from145initial treatment grop,75(33.18%) re-sistant strains from226retreatment grop;3.according to DiversiLab System judgme-nt of Homology,there were27groups from the50resistant strains,by splitting poin-ts for95%similarity.The homologous rates of the initial drug resistant strains and acquired drug resistant strains were41.18%,18.75%;The homologous rates of the c-ity ang country were33.33%and41.18%.Conclusion:Xinjiang Kashgar region is s-till at the higher level of acquired drug resistance, and between the initial drug r e-sistant strains,and both of the two stains have certain homology.
