Objective:To investigate the perioperative period of high demand related factors with blood for clinical use of blood to provide guidance based on. Methods:Statistics in February1,2010-February1,2013Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in February1st sixth in perioperative period for patients with operation blood transfusion in736patients with primary data, analyzing blood transfusion≥1000mL of49patients required blood relevant factors, the remaining data in the same surgical cases were randomly selected as control group50cases, of which28males and22females, aged26to80years, mean52.23±2.33years old. Two groups of patients showed no clinically significant general information. Including preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative complications observed and analyzed high-demand patients need blood with blood causes. Results:The overall incidence of massive transfusion of6.66%(49/736),49cases of blood loss in patients with high demand (567.68±104.52) mL, is much larger than normal blood loss in patients with similar surgical blood loss (235.32±57.85) mL. Conclusion: High demand for perioperative complications with blood in15cases (30.6%); coagulopathy14cases (28.6%);7patients in need of poor preoperative blood transfusions;6cases (12.2%) patients due to anatomical variation factors lead to excessive bleeding; doctors operational errors3cases (6.1%) also affects the intraoperative blood high demand, there are four cases for other reasons. Intraoperative management and technology has become an important factor. |
