ObjectiveTo discussion clinical value of ultrasound contrast characteristics andcontrast-enhanced ultrasound in benign and malignant of thyroid nodules ordifferential diagnosis.MethodsSelect60patients in our hospital(2012.12-2013.5), to ultrasounddetection and detection of thyroid nodules distribution types perfusion, degreeof enhancement, analysis time-intensity curve in contrast detection andconventional, compared with pathologic findings or biopsy results, which theformer evaluate the accuracy of contrast angiography and ultrasounddiagnosis.Results1、A biopsy or surgical pathology confirmed95cases of nodules, benignnodules and40cases of malignant nodules55. The sensitivity of conventionalultrasound accounted for72.7%overall,87.5%overall specificity, accuracywas83%.2、 CEUS diagnosis results: benign and malignant thyroid nodulessensitivity of87.2%of the total, accounting for97.5%of overall specificity, accuracy was91.6%. 3、With the results of the pathological diagnosis of contrast, conventionalultrasound and ultrasound contrast detection test results show: Thyroidnodules are benign, malignant aspect difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4、The results of ultrasound contrast tips, mostly benign ring enhancement(30/40) and enhanced and high (29/40); malignant lesions mainlyinhomogeneity of contrast enhancement (50/55) and low-enhanced (38/55).5、 CEUS results suggest that: benign and malignant nodules nodulesgreater than the peak time, the area under the curve and the curve of the tipof malignant nodules were higher than benign nodules, benign and malignantnodules after angiography contrast, the difference is statistically significance(P <0.05).Conclusions1、 The preferred method for the diagnosis of thyroid nodules isconventional ultrasound, safe, convenient, effective and reproduciblenoninvasive means, but the diagnosis of thyroid nodules in benign andmalignant, there are still some difficulties.2、Ultrasound contrast detection sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in thediagnosis of nodules were higher than conventional ultrasound, ultrasoundcontrast qualitatively superior to conventional ultrasound diagnosticcapabilities.3、CEUS diagnosis of thyroid nodules after contrast perfusion distributionby type, degree of enhancement and contrast time-intensity curves wereanalyzed for the qualitative identification of thyroid nodules provide diagnosticevidence, has certain advantages in the diagnosis of nodular.
