| Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and toxicity of DCF compared with ECF in advanced gastric cancer. Methods Relevant randomized controlled trial (RCT) from PubMed, CNKI, CBM, medalink and Wanfang database, and Google Scholar search, manual search were searched, Literatures were screened according to Jadad quality evaluation criteria, Meta-analysis was conducted with RevMan5.0software according to the methods recommended by the Cochrane Collaboration. Results Seven qualified research involving463patients were included, Meta analysis showed:DCF was higher than ECF for advanced gastric cancer in overall response rate [OR=1.7295%CI(1.18-2.52) P=0.005],incidence of peripheral neuritis [OR=39.4395%CI(12.33-126.13) P<0.00001]and1year survival rate[OR=2.0595%CI(1.18-3.56) P=0.01]with statistical significance, while the difference of3-4neutropenia and the incidence of nausea and vomiting was not statistically significant, mostly in the prevention treatment can be tolerated. Conclusion The overall response rate、1year survival rate and incidence of peripheral neuritis of DCF were higher than ECF for advanced gastric cancer. |
