Objective:To discuss risk factors of recurrence after breast-conserving surgery and to provide scientific basis for the breast-conserving surgery. Methods:The data related to breast-conserving surgery from366cases of early breast cancer who were surgically treated from January2003to December2009in Xinjiang Tumor Hospital were retrospectivel.SPSS17.0software of statistics was used to analyze these data, and the differences was statistically significant when P<0.05.The significant factors were analyzed by Logistic regression analisis. Results:There were37cases of patients with recurrence after breast conserving surgery and the incidence rate was10.1%. Age of the patients, lymph node status, molecular subtyping were the risk factors of recurrence after breast-conserving surgery, and the differences was statistically significant. Conclusion:The rate number of recurrence after breast-conserving surgery are affected by age of the patients, lymph node status, molecular subtyping.
