Analysis Of19Cases Of Diagnosis And Treatment,Prognosis Of Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma

Objective:Collect in19patients with primary central nervous system lymphoma patient information, to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of primary central nervous system lymphoma, to improve the prognosis of patients with treatment, prolong the survival period.Methods:A retrospective analysis from2011September to2013June in our department took operation, postoperative pathology confirmed the diagnosis of primary central nervous system lymphoma,.By the image characteristics,cerebrospinal fluid, spinal cord examination and pathological features of the primary central nervous system lymphoma,To analyze, in order to improve the diagnosis of primary central nervous system lymphoma. Through the19cases except4cases lost to follow-up patients, the remaining15cases after a3-27months follow-up period, the survival rate of patients, survivors have self-care ability, the number of patients with tumor recurrence, tumor recurrence after tumor mortality, pathological typing data for statistical analysis, analysis treatment and prognostic factors of primary central nervous system lymphoma.Results:In19patients,4patients were lost, the remaining15patients,6patients by follow-up survival,9patients died. In6patients, only1patients with self-care ability. At the same time, among the15patients,7patients with tumor recurrence,7cases of tumor recurrence in patients with5patients died. Pathological types in19patients for17patients were diffuse large B cell lymphoma.Conclusion primary central nervous system lymphoma diagnosed before operation difficult, difficult therapy, postoperative complications, postoperative mortality, postoperative radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy can improve the survival period and improve the quality of life.
