Recording Wu’s medical cases, during or after warm heat diseases can combine diarrhea. The latter course, tidal fever and diarrhea occurred in the afternoon, the major formula is Xiaochengqitang to dispel the pathogen; after disease, genuine yang deficiency will dawn vent, then use Qichentang for supplement qi and warm the spleen-yang. Also, during this period Li Shizhen the "Compendium of Materia Medica", the book is divided into diarrhea it become food retention, damp-heat, summer-heat, deficiency slippery, cold retention, poison on the rule. At last, Li propose external Chinese medicine highlighting the diversity of Li treatment, not only for the development of Chinese pharmacology made a significant contribution, but also for world medicine, botany, zoology, mineralogy, chemistry development has also had a profound impact. Conclusion:Diarrhea is an important system for digestive diseases, is also common clinical disease.
