3rd General Hospitals HFMD Emergency Management Model

In recent years, with the increasingly serious environmental pollution, the people’sphysical decline, unexpected serious harm to a variety of infectious diseases of themasses, the people of the community ’s safety. HFMD as a children’s infectious diseases,highly contagious, through the patient’s stool, herpes fluid, sputum, saliva, secretionsand contaminated after items for infection spread through the air from the respiratory tractand esophagus. HFMD prevention must adopt effective disinfection and isolationmeasures, disinfection and isolation to cut through the route of infection, isolation toprotect high-risk groups to be able to prevent foot and mouth disease in the hospitalsecondary infection, cross-infection. Coupled with the children’s resistance is not strong,even young children can cause complications, great harm.Tertiary hospital as a place where all types of patients, with patient resistance is weak,crowded, disease prone to infection in the hospital. Treatment of various infectiousdiseases as the main body of three hospitals, acute infectious disease of hand, foot andmouth disease of social concern prevention becomes even more important.In this paper, three hospitals in Guizhou Province as a case, from the perspective oftwo questionnaires and interviews with experts from the three hospitals foot and mouthdisease status quo management, strategy HFMD prevention and expert supervision andmanagement of proposals to study three aspects. Through research, we found that interms of supervision and management, three hospitals in Guizhou province can basicallycarried out in accordance with relevant provisions of the pre-triage HFMD prevention andcontrol work, routine disinfection of isolation, good medical waste treatment, review ofmedical technology other work. Hospital ’s own management, equipment, organizationstructure function set, operating procedures, routine monitoring work can basically meetthe needs of hardware and software HFMD prevention. But there are also a leadinghospital’s own degree of attention, the staff execution, equipment layout and other issuesdifficult to meet the needs of infectious diseases should be further take measures to makeit more standardized.This reference to the United States, Japan, infectious disease management model,based on the actual situation in Guizhou Province, proposed three hospitals HFMDprevention and management of normal mode and emergency mode. Normal modesinclude the establishment of biosafety standards system, optimize the internal management mechanism, foot and mouth disease, foot and mouth disease control to establish a specialmanagement team to enhance public awareness of health education, guidance andsupervision to optimize health supervision department. Emergency modes includecontingency plans to develop scientific, establishment of early warning systems,strengthen emergency management, information disclosure mechanism, NGO ’s powerplay.I hope through research, can provide some reference and reference for infectiousdisease prevention and control of China’s three hospitals, health management department.
