Objective:To explore the hemorheological character of primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of cold coagulation and blood stasis and analyses the mechanism of Shaofuzhuyu decoction by observing the clinical curative effect of Shaofuzhuyu decoction for primary dysmenorrheal with syndrome of cold coagulation and blood stasis.Method:60eases of Patient with the diagnosis as primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of coldcoagulation and blood stasis cold. Were been divided randomly into therapy group with30easesand control group with30eases.The therapy group was treated with:Shaofuzhuyu decoction andcontrol group with Tongjingbao Granular. To observe the hemorheologieal charaeter of primarydysmenorrheal and syndrome of cold coagulation and blood stasis. And compared with Pain and TCM syndrome score s were observed before and after treatment, one course of treatment as3menstrual cycles.Results:(1) At the effect of relieving pain:the scores of the therapy group and control group of before and after treatmen were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05),saying that the effects in both groups of relieving pain were significant;therapy group and control group of after treatment were is significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), therapy group is significant better in relievingof pain than control group.(2) At the effect of relieving TCM syndrome:the scores of TCM syndrome of the therapy group and control group of before and after treatmenwere significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05),saying that the effects in both groups of relieving pain were significant, therapy group and control group of after treatmenwere in the scores of TCM syndrome is significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), indicating that the therapy group is significant better in relieving TCM syndrome control group.(3) In curative effect:the treatment group in curative effect the following:6elinieally reeovered,14very effeetive,8effective and2ineffeetive, The control group in curative effect the following:1elinieally reeovered,6very effeetive,19effective and4ineffeetive.Both groups results were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), saying that in curative effect in both groups of relieving pain were significant, but the therapy group is signifieant better in relieving of pain than control group. The treatment group pain of in curative effect, Moderate pain the following:6elinieally reeovered,5very effeetive,3effeetive and2ineffeetive, Severe pain the following:lelinieally reeovered,4very effeetive,8effective and2ineffeetive. Tesults were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05),saying that the moderate pain of curative effect in treatment group is signifieant better than the severe pain. The control group pain of in curative effect, Moderate pain the following:3elinieally reeovered,5very effeetive,7effeetive and2ineffeetive.Severe pain the following:0elinieally reeovered,4very effeetive,6effeetive and3ineffeetive. Tesults were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05),saying that the moderate pain of curative effect in control group is signifieant better than the severe pain.(4)Experiment:Patients of the syndrome of cold coagulation and blood stasis by primary dysmenorrhea hemotheological index(shear rate、Plasma viseosity、hematoerit) are very worse than regular women (all,P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shaofuzhuyu decoction therapy in pain and TCM syndrome relieving for the cold-dampness stagnation of primary dysmenorrhea exhibits a perfect efficiency. The Patients have gained blood viseosity and hinderd microeirculation.
