The Impact Of The Quality Of Turbt On The Management Of NMIBC

Objective:To compare the impact of specimen with or without detrusor muscle on patients’RR-FFC and the impact of surgical experience on the quality of specimen and the complication.Method:We retrospectively analysis the date of116patients who was newly diagnosed or had a recurrence of NMIBC and had been performed TURBT.We found detrusor muscle in56fo those patients’specimen,we set them as group A. The others who’specimen were not found detrusor muscle is setted ai group B.The Statistic is composed of the characteristic of patients and the tumor,the experience of the surgeon,complication,RR-FFC.Result:There is no difference between the characteristic of the patients and the tumor and the complication of two groups.Thers is significant difference between the RR-FFC (p=0.033), bleeding rate(0.002) and the surgeons’experience (p=0.000) of the two groups.Conclusion:The absence of detrusor muscle in specimen obtained in initial TURBT is a risk factor for early recurrence.The surgeons’experience have an impact on the quality of specimen and the complication.
