Observing The Clinical Effect Of Treating Damp-heat Type Infected With HR-HPV

Objective:the study was aimed at observing the clinical effect of treating damp-heat type CIN infected with HR-HPV, using SanMiao Pill, thus finding an effective way to treat CIN infected with HR-HPV, which can prevent the occurence of cervical cancer.Method:Select30patients which satisfy the standard of this study, according to the time for doctor divide them into2groups:treatment group and positive drug control group, each group contains15cases.Based on the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease,as well as clinical experience, choose4weeks as a course, evaluate its curative effect after using three consecutive period of treatment, symptoms of two groups of cases before and after treatment was observed, obesve the change of HC Ⅱ tests, compare the difference between the two groups.Results:1. after treatment,14cases in the treatment group the HPV turn negative,5cases turn negative in positive drug control group, the difference in two groups was not statistically significant.2, after treatment, the cure rate and effective rate in the treatment group and positive drug control group were respectively-the treatment group60%and100%; The control group26.7%and86.7%.the difference in two groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion:SanMiao Pill shows effective in treating damp-heat type CIN infected with HR-HPV, it can not only can make patients feel better in leucorrhea, as well as the improvement of pulse and tongue, but also significantly reduce the HPV virus load value,which is safe and reliable.
