Objective:By means of Huaiyu pill and Luohuazizhu pill in the treatment of Ⅰ,Ⅱ clinical studies in patients with hemorrhoids bleeding, observation I Ⅱ, hemorrhoids bleeding and Clotting Index in patients with the changes before and after treatment, to judge the Huaiyu pill effect on Ⅰ,Ⅱ hemorrhoids bleeding and Clotting Index of patients, to explore its therapeutic mechanism of internal hemorrhoid hemorrhageMethods:Select40patients met the inclusion criteria of outpatient Ⅰ,Ⅱ hemorrhoids bleeding, were randomly divided into two groups,20cases in treatment group, treated with Huaiyu pill; control group of A20cases, treated with Luohuazizhu pill, treatment for7days. At the same time into20healthy persons as control group B. Before treatment, compared three groups of subjects in the blood coagulation indexes of group differences; after treatment, compared with the treatment group and the control group of2blood coagulation indexes. Application SPSS16.0statistical software for statistical analysisResults:1. Huaiyu pill and Callicarpa nudiflora tablets can improve the symptoms of hemorrhoids hematochezia Ⅰ,Ⅱ patients.2. No significant difference in clinical efficacy of Huaiyu pill and Callicarpa nudiflora tablets on Ⅰ,Ⅱ hemorrhoids patients,3. Huaiyu pill can improve the blood of patients with stage Ⅰ, hemorrhoids APTT index, the ATPP was prolonged, with hemostatic effect. 4. Huaiyu pill hemostatic mechanism may be associated with prolonged APTT.5.
