SPSS18.0software was employed for statistical dataanalysis.Result:1The text result analyzing: Statistical analysis revealed thatthe five-year level2008pediatric graduates OSCE theory of examinationand graduation examination results are accord with normal distribution, thedifference had no statistical significance (P=0.447); And practiceassessment in more than90points, the skew normal distribution,2Questionnaire survey results:(1) The candidate survey:78.2%thought the OSCE assessment more reasonable setting, moderate difficultyand time, the content covers the requirements of teaching outline.89.9%feel different level nervous in the examination, only18.1%impact theassessment results.About90%think the OSCE assessment can be objectiveinvestigation interrogation, doctor-patient communication, medical andother clinical skills,60.5%agree with the way clinical teachers as astandardized patient assessment. Objective structured clinical examination can objectivelyand effectively evaluate pediatric medical students clinical ability, promotethe study enthusiasm, is worth promoting.(2) The OSCE training on aregular basis, to make the students familiar with the test form, skilledoperation skills, clinical thinking.(3) Strengthening teacher training, makethe evaluation more standardized, objective, at the same time should enrichteaching methods and means, and perfecting the evaluation system inpractice.(4)Cultivating qualified standard patient is advantageous to theOSCE assessment objective and effective.
