Objective:Evaluation of drugs into the United elastic sleeve compression method for the treatment of hypertrophic scars in effect, so as to provide a new theoretical basis and practical guidance for clinical care. Methods:Select the Third Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, October2012-September2013hospitalized surgical patients with severe burn wounds healed after0-6months of study of the times. Using a random number table, patients were divided into experimental group (drugs into the United elastic sleeve compression method) and the control group (conventional treatment) the experimental group78cases,82cases in the control group. Experimental group combined elastic sleeve compression method to import drugs, the control group were treated with conventional therapy. Reference to the criteria of evaluation forms scar objective indicators and subjective indicators of both groups before and after treatment were scored, and determine its therapeutic effectiveness. T-test, chi-square test, two independent samples rank sum test and repeated measurement data variance analysis of the data ordered categorical variables for statistical analysis.Results:1.In compliance with the conditions of this study160cases of the survey,104cases of male, female56cases; marital status as married124cases,36cases of unmarried; aged31-50years of age in the main,52.5%; education to high school/secondary school, accounting for30.0%; were workers, accounting for37.5%; household per capita monthly income of <1,000yuan/month and1000-3000yuan/month, respectively, and67.5%of patients32.5%; first visit institutions have burns and Plastic Surgery Hospital, accounting for92.5%; medical expenses paid by way of injuries and the new rural cooperative medical insurance the way, accounting for30.0%and33.8%, respectively; patients that scar for life the impact of the strong, stronger and generally accounted for15.0%, respectively,31.2%and53.8%. The experimental group and the control group of patients in general, scars costs themselves, the scars and cause other aspects of the site, according to a comparable.2. Three months to review the situation when the display:the experimental group78cases scar, nine cases of recovery (11.5%),21cases (26.9%), markedly effective in25cases (32.1%), efficiency of70.5%(55/78); scar in the control group,82cases were cured three cases (3.7%),7cases (8.5%), effective in17cases (20.7%), total effective rate was32.9%(27/82). Review the situation at six months showed:78cases of scar in the experimental group,22patients recovered (28.2%) were cured,35cases (44.9%), effective14cases (17.9%), total effective rate was91.0%(71/78); scar in the control group,82cases cured,6cases (7.3%), effective in17cases (20.7%), effective33cases (40.2%), total effective rate was68.3%(56/82). After statistical analysis, the efficacy of the experimental group scar treatment at the time of three months, six months were significantly better than the control group.3. Experimental group for three months, six months when scar diameter, area, thickness, motion, color, surface blisters rupture, hardness, peripheral hyperemia, pain, itching and scarring score scores were lower than the control group.Conclusion:1. The total effective rate of the use of drugs into the United elastic sleeve compression therapy for hypertrophic scars was91,0%(71/78) at six months, and the total effective rate of the control group was68.3%(56/82).the efficacy of the experimental group scar treatment was better than the control group.2. The use of drugs into the United elastic sleeve compression therapy for hypertrophic scars can significantly improve joint mobility in patients with scar diameter, area, thickness, motion, color, surface blisters rupture, hardness, peripheral hyperemia, pain and itching than the control group.
