Serum25-hydroxy VitaminD₃and Analysis Of Related Factors In Children Of Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia

Objective:To investigate of the Serum of25-hydroxy vitaminD3in children of acute lymphocytic leukemia and to analyze the related factors. Methods:80cases of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia were selected in our hospital from April2012to April2013.There ages are from lto12years old.Parameters such as the serum25(OH) D3levels,calcium, CD3, CD4, IgA, IgM and IgG were measured.Results:The mean level of25(OH) D3in all patients was(12.66±6.16),according to the vitamin D level standard,the lack of vitamin D accounted for66%, vitamin D deficiency accounted for23%, normal vitamin D accounted for11%.there was no significant difference of serum25(OH) D levels in sex. Serum25(OH) D3levels had significant in difference ages (P<0.05). Between different clinical types there was no significant difference of serum25(OH) D3levels (P>0.05).Diagnosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia children with infection group and non infection group, serum25(OH)D3had significant difference (P<0.05), infection group25(OH) D3level is lower than the non infected groups.25(OH) D3in all patients was significantly positively correlaten with calcium, CD4and CD3(p<0.05),negatively correlated with age (B<0, p<0.05) and no significant correlation with IgA, IgM, IgG, WBC, Hb, PLT.Conclusion:Serum of25-hydroxy vitaminD3is very common in Children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and may be associated with infection, the growth of the age, cell immunity and so on. In the course of chemotherapy,we add vitamin D preparation,wether to enhance the body immunity and reduce the incidence of infection or not, which need further study to confirm.
