Objective:To understand the intracranial and extracranial vascular stenosis distribution with acute cerebral infarction patients by digital subtraction angiography.analyze risk factors for cerebral infarction, analyze the relationship between MRI and DSA lesions between the results, so as providing a diagnosis and treatment reference to cerebral infarction of the patient.Methods:64patients with acute phase of cerebral infarction were examined by DSA according to the Oxford Community Stroke Project (OCSP) classification standards, divided into four type, total anterior circulation infarct (TACI), partial anterior circulation infarct (PACI), posterior circulation infarct (POCI), lacunar infarct (LACI).Results:in this group64cases scan on the DSA14cases are normal, the rest of50cases all have different parts, different degree of vascular stenosis or other lesions, including single vessel stenosis of21cases,2vessels stenosis of17cases,3vessels stenosis in4cases,4vessels stenosis in4cases,4cases have more than4narrows.Single and two vascular artery stenosis were more than three or four.Conclusion:1. In Our group acute cerebral infarction with cerebral artery stenosis cases, the most pure extracranial stenosis is the most, to32.81%.2.in the acute phase of cerebral infarction the single and two vessels stenosis accounted for the vast majority proportion.3. DSA examination of94lesions in64cases of acute cerebral infarction patients, to level IV narrow (block)is the most (38.30%), followed by class Ⅱ stenosis (moderate), class I (light) and the class Ⅲ (severe).4. Male, hypertension, diabetes is a risk factor for cerebral artery stenosis.5. According to OCSP classification can better predict imaging lesion sites.6. Imaging results in patients with acute cerebral infarction and DSA results have good consistency.
