Objective:to investigate the minimally invasive surgery RFAE (Radiofrequency Ablation Of Endometrium) and TCRE (Transcervical Resection Of Endometrium) the clinical curative effect Of the treatment Of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, evaluate its efficacy and safety. Methods:A retrospective analysis in January2007to December2012in the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university for refractory dysfunctional uterine bleeding for minimally invasive surgical treatment of88patients,42patients with divided into RFAE group as A group,46cases as group B TCRE group. On two groups of intraoperative bleeding, operation time, intraoperative complication, surgical treatment effect and operation satisfaction survey were analyzed. Results:the operation time, intraoperative bleeding, surgical curative effect and satisfaction, P values are less than0.05, the operation time, intraoperative bleeding, vaginal drainage distribution does not obey normal distribution.Investigation object, TCRE group average operation time was (33+9) min.RAFE group average operation time was12+/-5min.Two groups of operation time difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Operation time TCRE group was obviously longer than RAFE group.TCRE group average intraoperative hemorrhage (+/-5)30mL;RAFE group average intraoperative bleeding is mL (13+4).Intraoperative bleeding similar between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), intraoperative bleeding TCRE group was obviously more than RAFE group.RFAE group operation satisfaction rate of100%, TCRE group operation satisfaction rate of88%.Two groups of treatment effect and operation satisfaction rate was statistically significant (P<0.05), surgery satisfaction RFAE group was obviously higher than that of group TCRE.TCRE group average vaginal drainage (18+7) days;RAFE group average vaginal drainage (18+5) days. The postoperative vaginal drainage similar between the two groups has no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion:endometrial ablation with shorter operation time, intraoperative bleeding, less surgical treatment effect and higher satisfaction advantage can be used as a minimally invasive surgery in the preferred method of treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
