| Objective:To explore the chronic hepatitis C virus(HCV) detection and clinical significance of thyroid function of infection. Methods:Serum was detected in107patients with chronic HCV infection and50cases of healthy people in three triiod othyronine (T3), thyroxine(T4), free triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxine(FT4), ser um thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),thyroglobulin antibody(TGBA),thyroid microso mal antibody (TMAB) level, the positive rate of auto antibodies to thyroid hormone s and thyroid, and the clinical date were collected, relationship between the change s of thyroid function and gender, age, nationality, liver function index, interferon, a ntibodies and virus replication. Results:The patients in blood FT4level compared with the control group had no statistical significance(P>0.05), the differences in T3,FT3,T4,FT4,TSH level were statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive rate of TGAB(19/107)17.76%cases. the positive rate of TMAB was13.08%(14/107), positi ve rate of TGAB in controls(2/50)4%, the positive rate of TMAB was4%(2/50), there are significant positive TMAB rate, TGAB rate of two difference (P<0.05).T hyroid function was abnormal and normal thyroid function group sex differences w ere statistically significant(P<0.05), no significant ethnic differences(P>0.05). Whi ch age>40patients was statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The interferon treatment group with abnormal thyroid function detection rate was25.49%(13/51), without the use of IFN patients was5.36%(3/56), the detection rate of the differen ce was statistically significantP<0.05),.Autoantibody positive group of abnormal thy roid function detection rate was20%(12/60), autoantibody negative group of abnor mal thyroid function detection rate was8.5%(4/47),the detection rate of the differen ce was statistically significant(P<0.05), Thyroid function in HCV positive group R NA abnormality rate was11.9%(9/64), HCV RNA negative group, positive rate wa s16.3%(7/43), the two groups was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:In different levels of thyroid hormone disorder of chronic HCV infectio n, female, age>40years old, autoantibodies and the use of interferon therapy were more likely to have abnormal thyroid function. |
