Correlation Study On Leptin Adipomection And Bloodlipid Between In Han And Kazak

Objective:The main purpose of this paper is to abnormal adiponectin and blood lipid related research either group two leptin, Han and Kazak performance, to find out the differences between normal group and the control group. Methods:Randomly selected from different areas of Xinjiang (including the Urumqi、the northern) lived in the area for more than five years, and the exclusion of hyperlipemia induced by drugs and other diseases caused by hyperlipemia disease, nearly2weeks of use of lipid-lowering drugs in Han and Kazak residents, aged18-70years old. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the ethnic Han and Kazakh, and the control group in Han and Kazakh and case group sampling results for logistic analysis to find out the relationship between age, gender, blood glucose and blood lipid level and other factors. Includes general information: gender, age, etc.. Detection of four blood lipids:cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) in the early morning fasting venous blood samples were taken2ml seat, cold back to the hospital by the group of special unified operation. Study on relationship between Han and Kazakh group by comparing the normal and patients serum lipid, leptin concentration of two kinds of national leptin, adiponectin and blood lipid in different individuals.Results:Through comparative study found that, there are some differences in the relationship between leptin, adiponectin and blood lipid either two family, sampling control group, case group level and either a concrete manifestation of group two in age, gender, blood glucose levels are quite close relationship. Conclusion:Through the comparative study can be concluded, either due to reasons such as race two family genes in the relationship between leptin, adiponectin and blood lipid in performance with different point, influence factors of two different lipid levels.
