Objective:To study the relationship between the gene polymorphisms of FⅡ、FⅤ and cerebral infarction in Han of Changsha.Methods:Collecting the patients diagnosed with the cerebral infarction as the patient group who were from in the department of Neurology,The Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from June2011to July2012.And the control group contained with the healthy people who examined in the The Third Xiangya Hospital.All subjects were from in Han Chinese population from Changsha area.PCR amplification and Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry(MaLDI-TOFMS) to detect the Gene Polymorphisms of FⅡ(rs1799963)、 FⅤ(rs6025).We performed statistical analysis of genotypes,frequencies of allele gene by chi-square text and explore the relationship between the gene polymorphisms of FⅡ,FⅤ and cerebral infarction in Han Chinese population from Changsha area by logistic regression.Results:1.FⅡ rs1799963in the population are in line with Hardy-weinberg equilibrium.2.We make statistical analysis of genotypes,frequencies of allele gene by chi-square text.The results are as follows:①he genotypes distribution and frequency of allele gene in rs1799963of FⅡgene are found no difference between the patient and control groups (P>0.05).②he genotype of FⅤ rs6025is G/G in all subjects.③Logistic regression analysis indicates that the gene polymorphisms of FⅡ rs1799963has no association with cerebral infarction (P>0.05).Conclusion:There may have no association between the gene polymorphisms of FⅡ rs1799963, FⅤ rs6025and cerebral infarction in Han Chinese population from Changsha area.
