Objective:To study the applied value in differential diagnosis of three-dimensional power Doppler blood flow and vascular imaging histogram quantitative analysis in benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods:Retrospective analysis of63patients69thyroid nodules, divided into benign lesions and malignant lesions group as the gold standard by pathological results, comparison with the quantitative indicators of two groups by three-dimensional color histogram flow quantitative analysis:vascularization index(VI)、flow index (FI)、 vascularization flow index(VFI), average after repeated sampling3times, and discusses the indicators to identify the diagnostic value of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Results:All the collected3D Doppler data after reconstruction treatment has obtained the satisfactory3D power Doppler image, after statistics analysis, the results showed that the malignant thyroid nodules have more blood flow than benign nodules, the vascularization index(Ⅵ)、flow index (FI)、vascularization flow index(VFI) of malignant nodules were all higher than benign nodules, the differences between the benign lesions group and malignant lesions group had statistical significance (P<0.05), the ROC curve analysis showed the VI、FI、VFI to differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules are effective, based on the cutoff value of VI≥0.07to diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, sensitivity was97.6%, specific degrees was71.4%; based on the cutoff value of FI≥22.67to diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, sensitivity was80.5%, specific degrees was82.1%; based on the cutoff value of VFI≥1.86to diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, sensitivity was87.8%, specific degrees was78.6%.Conclusion:3D color histogram flow quantitative analysis in the differential diagnosis of thyroid benign and malignant tumor has higher application value and can be used as identification of the quantitative analysis of the basis of thyroid benign and malignant tumor.
