Objective:1. To investigate the genotype and allele distribution feature of CYP2C19in Han and Uyghur nationalities.2. To investigate the genotype and allele distribution feature of CYP2C19in with coronary heart disease group and control group. Methods:To select unrelated patients who Han312cases and Uyghur310cases subjects were assessed by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and restriction fragment length PCR-RFLP polymorphism, analysis gene polymorphism of CYP2C19.Results:1. Six genotype of CYP2C19was detected in Han and Uyghur nationalities populations, incidence of wild-type gene*1/*1respectively41.3%,60.7%; the incidence of allele*2respectively30.1%,19.8%; the incidence of allele*3respectively4.0%,3.4%; the incidence poor metabolism of CYP2C19respectively9.6%、7.1%.2.The case group of han group incidence of wild-type gene*1/*1,allele*2,allele*3and poor metabolism CYP2C19respectively38.6%,31.6%,3.9%,9.6%; The control group of Han respectively42.9%,29.3%,4.0%,9.6.7%.The case group of Uyghur incidence respectively58.8%,21.6%,3.5%,8.1%;The control group of Uyghur incidence respectively64.0%,16.7%,3.2%,3.6%.Conclusions:1.Analyses indicate that Hans compared with Uighur (including all coronary heart disease and non-coronary heart disease) distribution of CYP2C19genotype, allele, metabolism has statistically significant differences (P<0.05).2.The result shows that coronary heart disease has not significantly influence to genotype and allele (P>0.05).
