Objective:Discussion in guiding patients with septic shock, fluid resuscitation clinical value of monitoring technology PICCO. Methods:Select from June2012to September2013admitted to the ICU of23patients with septic shock, were randomly divided into two groups,11cases in the experimental group, PICCO monitoring indicators to guide fluid resuscitation of patients;10cases in the control group, CVP as a guide to fluid resuscitation indicators. Fluid resuscitation of patients were compared with the outcomes of treatment efficacy, understand the changes under the guidance of fluid resuscitation PICCO monitor hemodynamic parameters in patients. Results:In the experimental group,6h,12h,3d,3time points, CVP, MAP levels were significantly higher, The lactic acid than the control group, The difference has statistically significant,(P<0.05); When treating3day, both groups were significantly decreased in HR, blood lactate levels, APACHE II score, and vasoactive drugs scores, compare with selected. There is a significant increase in CVP MAP urine output than those selected. The difference has statistically significant,(P<0.05); Experimental group of mechanical ventilation, ICU stay for a few days, mortality was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05);3d experimental group after treatment of ITBV, SVRI ratio selected, after treatment6h,12h increased, the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05). Conclusion:PICCO monitoring technical guidance septic shock fluid resuscitation in patients with septic shock patients than CVP to guide fluid resuscitation, more precisely in terms of fluid management can reduce the blind rehydration and shorten duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay for a few days, and reduce mortality. PICCO monitor hemodynamic parameters in, ITBV is able to more accurately assess the state of the patient’s blood volume and improve the quality of clinical fluid management.
