Objective To evaluate Bmi-1, NANOG and EZH2expressed in colorectal cancer patients in tumor tissue and its relationship with tumor metastasis. Methods Using immunohistochemical method to detect70cases of colon and rectal cancer patients in normal tissue adjacent to tumor and tumor, Bmi-1、NANOG and EZH2expression. Results Bmi-1、NANOG and EZH2were closely related to the of colorectal tumor, clinical stage and metastasis (P<0.05), but have nothing to do with the patients’ gender, age, tumor location(P>0.05).Conclusions Bmi-1、NANOG and EZH2expression in tumor tissues of colorectal cancer patients significantly high and normal tissue adjacent to tumor recurrence and metastasis is closely related with colorectal cancer patients. |
